It’s Time
It’s Time to MAP (MAP=”MY ACTION PLAN”) our Your Daily Path to Unlocking You.
Beginning Spring 2025, I felt the pull to step back into alignment. To reclaim what’s true, to honor my integrity, and to rebuild momentum—step by step.
That’s why I’ve created this challenge:
Nine Weeks: Your Daily Path to Unlocking You
THIS CHALLENGE IS COMPLETELY FREE
It’s a commitment to daily action, grounded in integrity, driven by intention, and woven with grace.
It’s not about doing everything.
It’s about doing what truly matters—and showing up for it.
I’m inviting anyone who’s ready to join me.
This challenge is free, flexible, and designed to meet you where you are.
It integrates some of the structure and layout of “My Daily Warm-Up”, a tool that’s been transformational for me and so many others.
If you’re ready to step into this season with clarity, alignment, and support
—message me, or join our My Daily Warm-Up Facebook page.
Let’s do this together. One day at a time. One choice at a time.

Basics of the challenge:
63-Day Perpetual Challenge Rules: The Path to Unlocking You
1. Start Where You Are
The challenge is about showing up, not perfection.
Begin at your own pace.
2. Daily Action Steps
Choose at least three core actions each day—one for body, one for mind/emotions, and one for spirit.
Actions should be simple, repeatable, and realistic for you.
Examples: hydration, movement, journaling, prayer, connection.
You may add more (up to seven actions) if you feel ready.
3. Track Your Steps Honestly
Use your My Daily Warm-Up workbook, the extra trackers offered in the workbook, or your own journal.
Mark each day as YES✅ or NOPE (if you miss a promised daily action step).
Write a brief reflection for NOPEs (e.g., what happened, how you feel, what you’ll do next).

4. NOPE Days Reset the Count
To build resilience and awareness, if you mark a NOPE day, the next day becomes Day 1 of your challenge.
This encourages consistency and self-honesty while honoring your capacity to begin again.
5. No Guilt, Just Integrity
If you miss a step, own it. This isn’t about punishment—it’s about awareness and growth.
Keep your commitment alive through honesty and reflection.
6. Weekly Reflection & Adjustment
Every 7 days, review your progress. What’s working? What needs adjusting?
Realign with your goals and actions as needed.
7. Stay Rooted in Community
Connect with others on the My Daily Warm-Up Facebook page and Substack Challenge Vault – (you gain access once you are signed up for the 63 Day Challenge). Share wins, struggles, and encouragement.
What’s the Challenge Vault?
The Challenge Vault is your members-only hub for exclusive 63-Day Challenge content—regular fresh inspiration, focus posts, helpful tools, and behind-the-scenes encouragement that won’t be shared anywhere else.
Think of it as your private space for extra fuel, deeper guidance, and sacred accountability—all delivered straight to your inbox so you never miss a post.
💡 You must subscribe to the Vault on Substack to access everything and receive updates directly. You will get this private ChallengeVault link (for free) once you sign up (for free)!
8. Momentum Over Perfection
Celebrate each day you show up, no matter how small the step. Use the mantra:
“I am here. I am honest. I am becoming.”
Even if you have had 12 Day 1’s, you have built so much awareness, resilience and momentum. You have gained clarity into how to make what matters most to you happen. Every positive step is taking you in the right direction. It all matters.
Incentives for streaks. Everyone who completes the 63 day streak will receive a reward (options coming soon!) AND will unlock access to Phase 2.
9. Continuous Spiral Option
After 63 days, you can choose to reset or spiral into the next phase with new or refined actions. This is a Perpetual Challenge, an evolving path to wholeness.
Phase 2 will go deeper and will help create a vortex that will carry you even further toward the life you really want.
At its core, this challenge is really about training mental fortitude—the ability to keep promises to yourself, even when it’s hard. It’s about showing up, with integrity and grit, and practicing the art of doing the right thing over and over again.
This practice builds self-trust. It’s not just about checking boxes—it’s about honoring your commitments, cultivating clarity, and stepping into the version of yourself that is steady, strong, and clear.
Your challenge isn’t over when you have a NOPE day—it’s renewed. Each new day offers a fresh start, a recommitment to your own integrity and growth.
