🕊️ TruthPulse: “God Whispers. Listen Loud.”

In a world of constant motion, the importance of surrender is emphasized. True clarity arises not from tension but from openness and listening for the subtle guidance of God. By releasing control and embracing the present moment, we find deeper connections and clarity in our actions, fostering a sense of flow and peace.

🌊 Stillness in Action: Where Surrender Meets Momentum

God whispers. Listen loud. Even during an Etude!
🎻 Kreutzer Etude No. 20

✨ Yesterday, we talked about how clarity comes in motion.

How sometimes you just need to begin, even if you don’t know where it’s leading.

But there is something else that is true:

Motion without surrender doesn’t bring clarity. It brings exhaustion.

You can move forward, practice, perform, run, push, publish, produce—

but if your fists are clenched, your jaw is tight, and your heart is striving to prove something…

you’ll miss the whispers.

This week, I sat down to record a video, fumbling through the backend of my new website.

(Yes, I was basically forced to rebuild it when the old one tried to charge me $700 to keep going—nothing like panic to bring clarity, right? 😅)

But somewhere in the mess of migrating links, creating new pages, and trying to make it all make sense…

I started hearing something deeper.

Just like I was learning a complex violin piece with no inspiring recordings to guide me, (as I mentioned yesterday)—

no clear roadmap to follow—I found myself listening more intently.

One note at a time.

No certainty. Just openness.

And then, slowly, the harmony started to emerge.

The phrase started to flow.

Clarity came—not because I figured it out—but because I entered the process with surrender.

That’s when I remembered something Dean, my hair therapist (yes, hairdresser + sage) told me at our last appointment:

“God whispers. Listen loud.”

It stopped me in my tracks this morning as I was walking.

Because that’s what these TruthPulses are.

They aren’t coming from a perfect plan.

They’re born from sitting quietly in expectation,

from tuning in before typing.

From saying: “What’s needed today, Lord? I’m listening.”

Sometimes it comes as a rush.

Other times, it’s a whisper I almost miss.

But either way—I’ve learned that listening is the real action.

And trust is what brings the words.

So today, maybe don’t just go harder.

Go deeper, not stopping, but moving with a sensitive antenna.

Soften the grip.

Release the pressure.

Find your toes. Breathe.

Let yourself be carried—not by fear, but by flow.

Because stillness in action is where clarity is born.

🧭 “Walk It Out” – Daily Integration

🦶 Body – Check Your Grip

Stand tall. Feel your feet on the floor.

Are you clenched anywhere—shoulders, jaw, hands?

Let it go. Shake it out.

Stretch slowly. Let movement come with sharpened senses today.

💓 Emotions – Open to Flow

Ask: Where have I been gripping tight, trying to force results?

Now ask: What would it feel like to trust the process instead?

🧠 Mind – Tune In Before You play a note or Type a word.

Before you get your instrument out or answer the next message or make the next post… pause.

Take 3 slow breaths.

Then ask: “What is truly needed here?”

Let clarity lead.

🙏 Spirit – Whisper Prayer

“God, quiet the noise so I can hear You.

Not just with my ears—but with my soul.

Let my movement be guided by Your voice.

Help me to listen loud.”

💬 Affirmation

“I move with faith and I listen with stillness.

I receive guidance even in the in-between.

God’s whisper is louder than my fear.”

📖 Scripture

“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”

— Proverbs 16:3

📝 Today’s Final Prompt

What is something you’ve been gripping tightly—trying to figure out, fix, or finish?

Now… what happens if you soften your hold?

Write this:

“God, I release my grip on ______________.”

“Help me hear what You’ve been whispering all along.”

Then, take one small step—open-palmed.
