🎥 A quick behind-the-scenes share: I fumbled through a website pivot, and in the chaos—I found clarity. Watch the short video 👆
There are moments when we need to begin—even when the path isn’t clear. This yTruthPulse reminds us: clarity often comes because we move, not before. Begin your step; the next will appear.

There are days I want the entire plan before I begin.

I crave certainty. A clear path. The affirmation that this is right.

But the truth is—

Clarity Isn’t a Prerequisite, It’s a Companion

The clearest moments don’t usually come before I act.

They arrive after:

After I put the bow on the string.

After I get up and move.

After I write the first line.

It’s in the motion that meaning begins to shimmer.

A little while back, I learned a brand-new violin piece—one that only has a single, not-so-beautiful recording. No map. No guidance. Just notes and my willingness.

There’s only one recording of it—and honestly, it’s not that great.

No clear map. No guiding interpretation.

Just dots on a page, and my own uncertainty.

At first, I felt stuck.

How do I shape something I can’t fully hear in my mind?

But something changed when I stopped trying to “figure it out” and just… began.

Listening to one note at a time.

Feeling into one phrase.

Trusting my hands, my ears, my heart.

And slowly, it started to open up.

Harmony revealed itself.

Momentum began to form.

Not because I knew what to do—but because I entered into it.

Wisdom rose, intuition stirred, and what once felt confusing became alive.

Clarity doesn’t always show up before we act.

Sometimes, it waits for us in the movement.

The first step is often the invitation.

And the insight we crave?

It’s waiting in the middle of the music.

The same is true for these TruthPulses… and this 63-day challenge.

It’s clunky. I pivot. I fumble.

But there’s this hum beneath it all:

It’s coming together.

Each step reveals the next. Not before—but because I moved.

I’m reminded—

We can read all the books.

Outline all the paths.

We can know all about swimming by reading a book.

But we still won’t know how to swim until we get in the water.

So if you’re waiting for it all to make sense…

Maybe clarity is waiting for you to begin.

đź’› A Personal Thank You

By the way— speaking of fumbling, if you’ve been reading these TruthPulses or you’ve bravely stepped into the 63-Day Challenge with me… thank you.

Starting something new is clunky. These posts, the 63 day challenge, this whole MDWU studio—it’s all still unfolding. But you said yes anyway. You took the leap with me, and that means everything.

It is my plan that the TruthPulses will remain free, but I am envisioning something down the road for the 63 day challenge…

…and, as a thank-you for your early belief and support, I want to let you know:

đź’« You are grandfathered in.

Should the 63 Day Challenge space ever become a paid platform, you will continue to receive full access to:

– All phases of the challenge

– The Members-Only Vault (wherever that platform ends up, currently a private Substack, but might shift over to my website, mydailywarmup.com, where, in order to streamline things, I am envisioning my website becoming the central hub.

– any members only group spaces including access to group coaching or specific start date group challenges.

This offer extends to the first 50 members who join. There’s still a little room—so if you’re on the fence or if you know someone who needs this sacred rhythm in their life, now is the time. Please share it with them.

This is for all of us who are choosing to show up with honesty, courage, and hope—one day at a time. 🤍

Let’s keep walking it out. Together.

🧭 Walk It Out – Daily Integration of today’s TruthPulse

  • Body – Move before it makes sense…Even a simple act of movement today can declare:
I trust that clarity will meet me as I go.
Stretch. Walk. Start the project. Play the first note. Move your body as a signal of faith.
  • Heart – Be real about the clunky starts…Where do you feel unsure, messy, or “not quite ready”?
Instead of resisting it, bless it. That’s where God often begins something sacred.
Write it down and let it breathe.
  • Mind – Journal Prompt:
“What’s something I feel called to start now—even imperfectly?” When has clarity met me after I began?
What’s something I feel called to start now—even if it’s imperfect?
  • Spirit – Pray: “Lord, I offer You this beginning—even if it’s clumsy. Meet me in motion…
Let each step be illuminated just enough to keep going.
And let me trust You more than I trust my MAP.”

💬 Affirmation: “I move with faith… clarity finds me as I go…

I don’t have to see it all—

just enough to begin.”

đź“– Scripture:

“Commit your work to the Lord, and your plans will be established.”

— Proverbs 16:3
