There’s something inside you.

Not a fluke.

Not an accident.

Not replaceable.

It’s your gift.

You don’t need to shout it or sell it.

But please don’t bury it.

Maybe it’s how you make people feel safe. Or the way you speak life into tired places. Maybe it’s in your voice. Your hands. Your heart.

Or maybe you’re just beginning to believe it’s even there.

After all my years playing violin, I still hit points where I think, “Surely I’ve reached the top of this mountain.”

But then—I catch a glimpse of a peak beyond.

And off I go again.

That’s how gifts work. They grow with us.

We don’t master them all at once.

But as we walk, we learn.

As we give, we grow.

And every time we pour out the gift within us— We don’t get smaller.

We come alive.

Move your body today as a prayer of gratitude.

Stretch. Walk. Dance.

Play your instrument. Hug someone.

Let your body remind you that being alive is the first gift.

💓 Emotions – Feel the Spark

Ask yourself:

What lights me up?

What dims that light?

Write it down.

You don’t need to fix it all today.

Just see it. Then take one step toward the light.

🧠 Mind – Clarify the Gift

Journal:

• What is a gift I carry?
• How have I seen it bless others?
• What’s one thing I can do this week to nurture or offer it?

🙏 Spirit – Pray It Out

“God, thank You for placing something inside me on purpose.

Help me recognize it, refine it, and release it.

Let my gift bring healing, not performance—light, not comparison.

Let me give it back to the world with joy.”
